All orders from NZ and Australia are shipped free of charge. NZ orders are shipped via NZ Post Courier with tracking and signature. All International orders are shipped via DHL Courier with tracking and signature. Orders outside of NZ will not pay GST, this discount will be reflected at checkout. However you may have to pay import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country.

Returns and Refunds:

'In Stock' purchases are eligible for exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied with your choice. 'Made to Order' items and 'Commissions' are not eligible for exhanges or refunds, as per our terms and conditions. All items returned to WB must be approved by us prior to shipping. Please email us with your order number to confirm. We will email you with a shipping address. You should ship your item in its original packaging with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for delayed or lost packages. We do not cover return / resize shipping.
